Co-Founders

CEO - Ryan Johnson

One of the first generation of Atlantians to dedicate his career to esports career building. Served as founder or advisor to Ghost Gaming, Brickhouse Ventures, and many other seminal esports organizations before founding Cxmmunity to bring all of his ideas together. Creates opportunities from nowhere because of his longstanding reputation of performance and goodwill in the industry.

CMO - Chris Peay

Charismatic and influential individual, offering expertise in marketing, sales, media relations, storytelling, and creative design. Published writer and editor who communicates effectively with target audiences through strategic brand management and PR campaigns with knowledge of SEO and CRM. Passionate about increasing and sustaining brand awareness, increasing market share, and new business development. Poised and competent team builder and natural leader who thrives in fast-paced environments.

CFO - Warren Davis, MAcc

Proven record of creating and executing on strategies that build efficiencies and generate new/sustainable revenue streams. Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Emphasis on Working Capital with a focus on building strong Balance Sheets through DRO and DPO optimization. Calibrated, organized, and decisive leader.

Creative Director - Karima Winter

Creative, strategic content creator with energy to spare. Organized and willing to put in overtime to make sure the job gets done right and with style. Recent graduate of Towson University with a Sport & Fitness Administration & Management major and a burgeoning content creation career alongside her position at Cxmmunity.

Currently serving as an executive for Nickelodeon, Neil also brings experience in animation for Family Guy, Family OddParents, and other well-known cartoon series. He brings not only technical and managerial expertise, but also a shared vision for future proofing diversity in gaming.
